Debra C. Smith
With a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Central Connecticut State University (first to graduate in this major), Debra began her professional career working for some of the area’s Fortune 500 companies including Aetna, Northeast Utilities, Gerber Scientific Instrument and C.E. Maguire. Her skills include special event and trade show management, public relations, advertising, corporate communications, motivational training and marketing communications tasks. In the last 15 years, though, she has focused her skills on mastering the nuances of health care marketing. Following five years in ambulatory surgery marketing, Debra established her own health care marketing firm to serve multi-specialty solo and group practitioners in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Debra’s creative work has been recognized by the American Marketing Association, the Society of Technical Writers, Women in Communications, the New England Association of Health Care Communicators and most recently AAA National. In 2002, Debra acquired PROforma/GraphicWorks Inc. so that she could take her clients from concept to finished product. Then in 2005, she became a PROforma affiliate so that she could further expand her company capabilities without increasing overhead. In her not so spare time, she lectures nationally on Customer Service and provides editorial content to AAA’s Journeys Magazine, Hartford Magazine and Mohegan Sun’s Legends Magazine. Under her dynamic leadership, PROforma/GraphicWorks is ready to respond to your creative needs with fresh ideas.

Judy Sweeney
An award-winning graphic designer with over 30 years agency experience, Judy specializes in clean creative designs for industrial applications including trade show booths, product catalogs and membership directories, awards programs and the like. A graduate of Kutztown University in Pennsylvania with a BFA in Communication Design, she has accumulated years of hands-on experience with MAC design software products, such as, Quark Xpress, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Image Ready, PowerPoint, WORD, Steamline and Dreamweaver. Judy is ever ready to add her design eye to the marketing task at hand.

John Cuadras
A roll-up your sleeves and get your hands dirty kind of guy, John finds special joy in producing quality, large-format, print products for every client in the most efficient and economical manner. As the former General Manager at Pyne-Davidson and Bindery Manager at Miller Johnson, he brings the fundamentals and nuances of offset printing to large-format printing. Looking to apply his unwavering customer service approach to a broader spectrum of customers, John has aligned himself with PROforma/GraphicWorks. He particularly enjoys investing and expanding the production equipment and technology available so as to respond to our customers appropriately.
